Borrower Defense to Repayment is a federal program offered directly through the US Department of Education. We save documentation from students who have already qualified for a discharge of their federal loan balance, and use that documentation on the applications for students who do not have any proof of misleading conduct to provide. From course catalogs, to email correspondence and transcripts, we have saved over 10,000 documents from over 350 schools across the country helping students qualify for Borrower Defense to Repayment.
